The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of products from Queen Elizabeth’s School Online Shop. By accessing Queen Elizabeth’s School Online Shop at www.fqeshop.co.uk and/or placing an order you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions set out below.

All profits made from the sale of products from the Queen Elizabeth’s School Online Shop are paid directly back into The Friends of Queen Elizabeth’s School. The Online Shop is operated by FQE Enterprises Limited, which is a wholly owned trading subsidiary of The Friends of Queen Elizabeth’s School, Registered Company No. 6833180, Registered Office: Queen’s Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 4DQ. When you place an order, your contract is with FQE Enterprises Limited.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and we therefore advise you to read through them each time that you use the website.

Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” and “Online Shop” refer to Queen Elizabeth’s School Online Shop and FQE Enterprises Limited.

“You”, “your” and similar terms refer to the customer who is purchasing goods from Queen Elizabeth’s School Online Shop.

“Website” refers to Queen Elizabeth’s School Online Shop website at www.fqeshop.co.uk

“Products”, “items” and “goods” refers to the goods and/or services selected by the customer for purchase from the Queen Elizabeth’s School Online Shop.

“School days” means days on which Queen Elizabeth’s School is open and therefore excludes weekends, Bank Holidays and School holidays.

Accuracy of Content and Conformity of Goods

Every care has been taken to ensure that the information provided on this website is correct , particularly that prices are shown as correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT where applicable. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure that description and specification of the products for sale on this website are correct. However, the images of the products are indicative only and while the colour reproduction of the products is intended to be a very close representation, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect this.

Placing an Order

You warrant that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, complete and current, that you have the right to use the payment card you are using and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

When you place an order to purchase a product from the Online Shop, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that the product will be ready for collection the following School day by your son in the School Shop. In the case of ordering an item marked ‘pre-order only’, the collection details will be stated in the confirmation email.

All orders from the Online Shop are subject to product availability. It may not always be possible to inform you at the time you place your order that the item you wish to purchase is unavailable. If the item is unavailable and is not likely to come back into stock within a reasonable time we will cancel the item from your order and you will be given a refund in respect of it.

Returns Policy

You may obtain a refund or exchange of any product purchased from us within 10 School days provided the item is returned to us in perfect condition, preferably with all the sale tags attached and in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty or defective goods.

Privacy

www.fqeshop.co.uk will not pass on your personal, debit or credit card details to any third party. We will treat your personal and payment details as confidential; we will keep it on a secure server and we will comply with all current and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to us. In accessing this website, you agree that you may only view, print, download or temporarily store any of its content for your own personal and non-commercial use. You are not permitted, without our prior written consent, to copy or store (in any medium) the whole or any part of the website for any other purpose whatsoever, nor to modify, alter, distribute, broadcast or create derivative works from this website, either in whole or in part.

Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products and services at any time without prior notice.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to economic loss whether indirect, consequential or otherwise, suffered by you arising directly or indirectly from your use of the website or out of any matter connected with our supply of products and their use by you, even if we are aware of the possibility of such loss. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability in relation to any damages arising from death or personal injury resulting from your use of this website to the extent caused by our negligence. 

Severance and Survival

If any part of the Terms and Conditions are deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the remaining Terms and Conditions. The remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, this website and any contracts arising out of it are subject to the law of England and Wales.
