Year 11-13 GCSE and A Level Musicians trip to the LSO
Year 11-13 musicians watch one of the world’s greatest orchestras perform music by Chopin and Mahler.

Year 8-10 Chamber Music trip
Pupils that take part in our Chamber Music programme watch the Kaleidoscope Chamber Collective perform music by Bartok, Pejacevic, and Brahms.

Winter Concert
Enjoy performances from the Senior Choir, Junior Choir, Orchestra, Senior Winds, Junior Winds, Senior Strings, Junior Strings, Jazz Band, Junior Jazz, Indian Ensemble, and Guitar Ensemble. Rehearsals for this event will take place during the school day on Wednesday 27 November and Thursday 28 November.

Year 11 QE musicians perform a range of repertoire for their GCSE Music qualification. These performances count for 15% of their overall grade.

QE’s top vocal ensemble, the Chamber Choir, sings Evensong in the beautiful surroundings of St John the Baptist Church in Barnet.

Carol Service
A festive service of Nine Lessons and Carols to celebrate Christmas and the end of term with singing from the Chamber Choir and readings from members of the school community. Rehearsals for this event will take place during the school day on Monday 16 December and Tuesday 17 December
